Web and Content Manager at HFAB

About the role

As a Web and Content Manager at HFAB, you will have a key role in developing and driving our digital presence. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and monitoring content on our website hfab.se. The role includes both strategic and operational work with our digital channels, where you will be responsible for planning, producing, and optimizing content that strengthens HFAB's brand and contributes to our business goals.

• Responsible for the content on hfab.se, development and maintenance, and acting as a contact person towards our web agency
• Content responsible for our digital channels
• Plan content and establish KPIs for digital channels in line with the company's goals
• Create and publish content for all digital channels, including text, photos, videos, campaign materials, and newsletters
• Plan and execute campaigns to increase traffic and engagement
• Collect, analyze, and follow up on data and report results
• Ensure that HFAB has an updated channel and content strategy
• Work with surveys (planning, production, distribution, analysis, and follow-up)
• Lead projects in digital communication and be an internal advisor
• Educate, support, and guide colleagues within the organization on digital matters

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in working with web and digital channels at both a strategic and operational level. You are creative and understand what engages and drives results. You have experience in working with social media, campaign planning, and analysis tools. You have the ability to work data-driven and to set up KPIs and follow up on results.

The Communications Department at HFAB is responsible for the company's communication, brand, tone of voice, communication channels, and media management. We ensure that our communication is clear, effective, and in line with our brand. In the Communications Department, we work as advisors for all levels of the company.
